This Pricing Policy governs and regulates all pricing structures, subscription plans, and recruitment service charges offered by Sarwin HR Solutions ("Agency") to employers, companies, organisations, or entities ("Client"). By accessing or purchasing any service on this portal, you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out here.
We offer subscription-based pricing plans for employers to access our recruitment platform. Plans are structured by duration, job posting limits, and feature access:

Subscription charges cover access to the recruitment platform, job posting visibility for the plan duration, candidate response management, and our platform tools and hiring features. Fees are charged for platform usage and service access — not for a guaranteed hiring outcome.
Beyond our platform-based plans, we also offer custom hiring and end-to-end recruitment solutions. For these services, you agree to pay a professional fee equal to 15% (Fifteen Percent) of the Annual Cost to Company (CTC) offered to and accepted by the selected candidate. This fee applies per candidate hired and becomes payable upon the candidate joining, and may include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
Each plan is valid only for its specified duration. Job postings are restricted as per plan limits, except on unlimited plans. Hiring is primarily limited to one city per job post, though candidate reach may extend to other cities. Unused benefits within a plan period are not carried forward once the plan expires. All pricing on the platform is standard and non-negotiable, unless explicitly agreed in writing for bulk hiring or enterprise-level requirements.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to bear any additional statutory taxes, levies, or government charges that apply.
We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify pricing plans, features, and service charges at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing applies to all new purchases and renewals. By purchasing any plan or engaging our custom hiring services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pricing Policy in full. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
